How to Apply
Thank you for your interest in Elizabeth Brook Apartments! We are renovating our community and adding thirty-seven (37) 1 Bedroom apartments to our community. All of our apartments are income-restricted and restricted to only elderly persons (62+ years old). Our apartments will be ready Spring 2025 for move in, and selection will be by lottery. - Applications to our Lottery Waiting List will be made available beginning November 13, 2024 on our website and in our office. The deadline to apply to our lottery waiting list is, January 17, 2025, 11:59 PM.
- We are accepting applications to our lottery waiting list through an online portal, using the APPLY NOW button at the top of our website. Or you may submit an application through email (elizabethbrook@tcbinc.org) or mail (22 Johnston Way, Stow, MA 01775).

- We will be holding informational sessions to answer questions about the additional 37 units and/or to help anyone apply online/paper. You may attend one or both sessions in person, or virtually.

- The housing lottery will be recorded on January 28, 2024 and the recording will be posted on our website and a link with the results will be emailed/mailed confirmation to all applicants within 7 business days of conclusion of the lottery.
- The lottery will be held at the Elizabeth Brook Community Room, 22 Johnston Way. Stow, MA 01775 at 11 am. You are not required to attend to receive your results. You may attend via Zoom, https://tcbinc-org.zoom.us/j/83194036175?from=addon
- Your application must also be complete to be eligible for Lottery submission. If your application shows that you are eligible, you will be notified in writing by mail or electronic mail prior to the Lottery date and you will be provided an Application Registration Number (ineligible applicants will also be notified in writing and will be provided the chance to appeal). Only eligible applications will be entered into the Lottery
- PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR POSITION ON THE WAITLIST MAY NOT BE DICTATED BY YOUR LOTTERY NUMBER SINCE THOSE WITH A PREFERENCE WILL TAKE PRIORITY.
- After the Lottery, the waiting list will remain open until further notice. Applications will be processed in order of receipt of signed and fully completed application, from that point forward.
